Buyers and TenantsWe have helped many businesses find space for their new business or relocate their existing business. Many of our Tenant representations have been accomplished at no cost to the Tenant or Buyer. Just Call and tell us what your needs are and we will try to direct you in the best way to accomplishing your goals. We will take the time to match properties to your criteria, so we do not waste your time looking at properties that won’t work, but rather figure out which property works best for you.
Sellers and OwnersWe have several buildings throughout southern California and have signs generating calls for different sizes and types of property. We also have relationships with different brokerages that allow us to expand our services and get more people to view your properties. This will create more demand for your property and limit the amount of time your unit is vacant or for sale.

JD Coulter Company manages all types of Investment properties. Our portfolio consists of Single family Homes, Commercial Office, Retail and Apartments. Our experience benefits our clients in the day to day management of their investment property. Many of the functions we perform are what you would expect from any management company but our experiences often provide more. We have many established relationships with vendors that will provide you excellent services at reasonable cost. However, if you prefer to use your current vendors, we will be happy to use them on your projects.
